Terry and Elisabeth Samuels started Salterra, nothing fancy and pretentious. Quality work at a fair price.
What was created in 2011 has grown to encompass web developers, designers, social media professionals, and alliances with several top SEO professionals worldwide. By aligning ourselves with skill, knowledge, and professional talent, we can leverage our business to provide exceptional quality for the greatest value to our clients. Showing business owners how we can position their businesses to increase their revenue is our passion. We show companies how they can increase profit by building brand awareness, connecting with their customers, driving web traffic, and increasing overall sales.
Starting with a web design focus, Terry and Elisabeth quickly learned that while having a fantastic website to highlight your business, marketing is intrinsically foundational for our clients. When several clients did not see results through the search efforts of other companies, Terry took it to the next level. While digging into SEO and marketing, he found something he was passionate about. His inner geek pushed him to focus solely on the data and analytics side of the business while Elisabeth built out the design side. In the industry, it is not always common to have both designers and digital marketing so closely connected, but to them, it made sense.
Our Team
It was brought to our attention recently that our family tree is more of an org chart. While this may be true, we are fortunate to have several of our kids working with us to make it a true family business.

Terry has over 20 years of experience in software and computers. Having owned his web design/internet marketing agency for over ten years, he has a passion for teaching and helping people. Terry has combined his technical skills with his management abilities to position his companies at the forefront of the industry. His tenacious ability to dig deep and truly understand the big picture has led to his success. Terry commands authority in technical SEO, site structure, schema, and internal audits giving his clients a strong place within their markets.

The Real Heros
Skyler was born and raised in the sunny city of Phoenix, Arizona. He was pursuing a college degree until he noticed his passion was found in the family business of Salterra Web Services. He started working for Salterra when he was just 16. He began his journey with Salterra by buying domains. Fast forward 6 years, he is now a manager in charge of our backlinking and marketing services for SEO clients who want better search results within Google or Bing. He is a very analytical worker who likes to keep spreadsheets and track his work so the client knows what they are getting. On his days off, Skyler enjoys a round of golf, go to the gym, or hang out with his friends playing board games. He likes to work hard so he can have the freedom to travel and cross things off his bucket list.
Brandon took a little longer to embrace Salterra than his siblings. He has experience in the restaurant and bar industry which complements his outgoing personality. After several years working evenings, weekends, and during major sporting events, he decided he wanted a change. Brandon currently manages the GMB division, which means working on your Google properties to give your business better visibility and improve ranking. He has experience in on-page, blogging, keyword research, and linking. Brandon also works within CRM Software Management, so he is proficient at integrations that help manage clients’ businesses. He enjoys golf in his free time, as well as online gaming. He’s very involved with his dogs and likes hanging out with friends.
Sarah works in web development and SEO, and is passionate about evangelical foreign missions. She grew up on a ranch in Southern Colorado and was homeschooled, but she turned her life around at age 15 when she moved and met her first fellow human being. She now lives in the Phoenix area close to her many, many, many siblings, and she is deathly afraid of outer space and large, aquatic birds (excluding flightless ones). Sarah is an asset to our team and has even developed software to integrate with her job duties to become more efficient.

Elisabeth Samuels – Operations/Web Development
Web Design, Graphic Design, Web Developer, and Server Manager Elisabeth has worked professionally in web development for 10+ years. She has been drawing and dabbling in art and photography since early childhood. ( After-school detention for drawing?!. yes, true fact) Elisabeth has a passion not only for art (in its many forms) but also engages with our clients to make their goals for business come to life. Her approach towards marketing and web design is centered first and foremost around our clients.

Salterra Web-Dev
Ajin has been with our team for over 6 years as our Lead Developer, he is an individual with a strong understanding of computer programming and web design principles, and has the skills and experience necessary to create effective and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients. He utilizes a variety of programming languages and frameworks, can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, and can communicate clearly and work effectively as part of our team. He also manages all of our jr developers and on-page specialists.
Moraelin Bundy – Moraelin has devoted her time to several positions within Salterra, she has been a web developer, and on-page specialist and is currently our content coordinator. She is passionate about household plants, international travel, and quality coffee. You can find her listening to Cafe Jazz while ensuring your business content is clear and comprehensive. Moraelin’s Operations Management experience helps her to maintain structural organization and stay super efficient.
Brooklyn Jenkins – Our newest team member oversees much of our content creation. While she currently maintains another job, her time and devotion to Salterra are noted. Brooklyn is very educated, competent, and efficient with her time and words and she ensures that your business blogs are an accurate representation of your business and highlights your unique way of serving your customers.
Our team is varied in skill and capabilities to serve our clients better. We keep 90% of our projects in-house but occasionally may need the experience of an outside developer. Rest assured, we are still on top of quality and performance.
